Over the past several months, Richmond Agricultural Society members have continued to plan for the 176 th Edition of the Annual Richmond Fair. The Richmond Fair is an important part of our community, which brings families and friends together year after year.
COVID-19 has changed the way we live, work and engage with our community and as much as the Richmond Agricultural Society would very much prefer to host the Fair from September 17th to 20th we cannot. The Board of Directors has made the decision to pause the celebration until COVID-19 has passed and we can gather again.
We would like to thank everyone from our members, volunteers, sponsors, donors, exhibitors, service providers and our elected officials for all that you do. We could not do it without you. It takes thousands of collective hours, hundreds of thousands of dollars and immeasurable passion, devotion and spirit to put a Fair on each year. It is our hope, that we will see everyone in 2021 to help our community celebrate the best Fair yet!
Please stay tuned to our website and social media accounts. If things improve by September, we hope to have a smaller gathering with music, food and friends.
Thank you again on behalf of all of the members of the Richmond Agricultural Society.
